Requirement: UI Engineer with DOJO
Location : Bay Area Need Locals
Duration: 6 Months+
Rate : $60/
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an UI Engineer who can build out the UI components of our Enterprise middleware product and also create UI widgets that will be deployed on our customer websites. The UI Engineer
will be working alongside our server-side engineers. The engineer should be comfortable working in an agile environment and short development cycles.
Prior experience working on agile teams is required.
The developer should be comfortable working with reporting products (Jive Insights, prior experience not necessary) and should be able to get up to speed very quickly on understanding the reporting aspect.
Experience and Qualifications:
B.S. in Computer Science or related field
4-5+ years in front-end UI technologies
Requirements
Experience using and extending YUI, Dojo, Mootools or any other third party UI library
Fluent and hands-on with Javascript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, XHTML, AJAX
Experience in writing code using Object Oriented Javascript
Knowledge of Webservices and data formats (REST, JSON, XML)
Designers eye for a clean, usable, distinctive UI
Experience working with designers and translating the design into HTML
Basic photoshop skills (not required but plus)
Enthusiastic, high-performing and quick to deliver results
MUST have EXCELLENT communication skills.
