Required Skills
Competencies:
* A minimum of 8 years of experience developing applications in a full SDLC environment for a financial services firm,
with a minimum of 5 years having developed applications using ETL technologies.
* 5+ years of experience building ETL using Data Stage is mandatory
* Experience with Quality Stage is highly desirable
* Experience with Information Analyzer is highly desirable
* Experience with Informatica Version 7 or higher is highly desirable
* Experience with Oracle 11G is a must
* Experience with Unix Shell Scripts/Perl is desirable
* Working knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is a BIG plus.
* US Citizen or possess a Green Card a BIG plus.
* B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Graduate degree in Business, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline is a plus.

Expected Responsibilities:
Asset Management IT is looking for a motivated and talented Senior Developer/Technical Analyst for a challenging role in their Asset Management Design and Development Center to support Real Estate Roadmap Program. The candidate must be capable of performing the following functions:
* Lead complex/major efforts involving the requirements analysis, design, development, and testing of computer programs and/or application components.
* Hands on development, capable of debugging the system and fixing the production related issues.
* Strong ability to analyze functional needs that drive the analysis and technical design of quality technical solutions.
* Recommends solutions that are aligned with business/IT strategies and complies with corporate architectural standards.
* Resolves complex application and technical problems.
* May serve as departmental liaison to interdepartmental or interdivisional project initiatives.
* Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies; Provides mentoring and training to more junior staff.
* Handles complex operational tasks and recommends processing and technology changes.
* Ability to lead technical project teams.
* Performs software architecture and systems design.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
This position is aligned to AM-DDC in support of our business partners & will works closely with the Project Managers, Business Analysts & Technical Lead to understand business requirements and to develop and deploy high quality code applying our SDLC processes in support of our Real Estate Datawarehouse. The candidate will be expected to be an active team member.
